Shipping policy
ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow 5-7 business days to process and ship your order. Expect an email within this time frame to let you know your order is on the way!
FLAT RATE SHIPPING:
Orders are generally shipped within 5-7 business days using USPS i.e. A flat rate shipping fee of 4.75 applies to most orders shipping within the United States. International shipping rates vary and can be accessed before checking out.
REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at tripopinfo@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
